Processing Time All Nealy Creations pieces are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time — details will be noted on the product page.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping rates within the US:
- Free shipping on all orders $50 and over
- Standard (0–1 lb): $6.90
- Standard (1–5 lbs): $9.90
- Economy (0–5 lbs): $4.90
- Oversized (5–70 lbs): $19.90
Estimated delivery after shipment: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping We ship to 27 countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days after shipment.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.
